The 2016 Ford F-250 from a Ford Dealer Near Clarksville, IN: Showcasing Size, Power, and Luxury

The 2016 Ford F-250, otherwise dubbed as Ford Super Duty, is largely recognized as the “big brother” of the F-150. There’s a lot of pressure riding on the success of the F-250, especially when its little bro has achieved so much recognition (how about only being the best-selling vehicle in all of America).

The good news is that it can definitely hold up its own. This truck, along with the rest of the F-Series entries, are known to be especially reliable when it comes to heavy towing, among many other features expected from big trucks. Not only does it work great, it also does look good.

Engine Power

A peek under the hood will show you a 6.2-liter V8 engine with 385 horsepower at 5,500 rpm. It also has a 405 lb-ft of torque with 4,500 rpm. That’s just the first option, too. The other engine variant will give you a 6.7-liter turbocharged diesel V8 engine, with 440 horsepower at 2,800 rpm. Torque, meanwhile, is at 860 lb-ft, at 1,600rpm.

You get all that power, and rightfully so too, especially because you can very well expect to be towing up to as much as 31,200 pounds.

Interior Design

As for the looks department, the interior offers a luxurious and comfortable cabin, in contrast with the tough-looking, no-nonsense appearance on the exterior. Seats are ventilated, steering wheel is heated, and leather is available to cushion weary bottoms.

Space is said to be luxurious enough, even when the seats are configured to accommodate six passengers. Normally, though, the cabin seating is set at three.

There are different kinds of features and perks, too, depending on the trim level you’re looking at. You can set an appointment with your nearby Ford dealers serving Clarksville, IN, so you can get a closer look at the 2016 Ford F-250.
